Chief Estimator/Design Build Engineering

Steven has been working within the construction industry since 1992.  He has gained valuable experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrical applications, specializing in renewable energy, controls, value engineering and electrical system design and installation.  Steven has an extensive knowledge of the NEC, and his attention to efficiency and detail has made him a valuable asset to Spinella Contracting, Inc. in the planning, design and construction of multifaceted electrical installations.  Upon completion of any installation, Steven is responsible for coordinating all system testing, programming, as-built preparation and verification of specification compliance.  Additionally, all estimators and project managers report directly to him.

Steven has been a team member since 2013.
